Our Welcome Spring Cocktail Masterclass is coming to Winchester, a collaboration between BOOZY BAR and Winchester Cookery School.
Expect prosecco on arrival as you greet your host, make introductions with your fellow mixologists-in-training and discuss the itinerary for the evening ahead.
Both educational and entertaining, you’ll learn some real tricks of the trade, use professional cocktail bar equipment and perfect the art of cocktail making! We’ll explore three different cocktails, all of which have been designed in-house to push the boundaries of flavour combination as well as utilising local, seasonal ingredients. Supporting British produce wherever possible.
